Supported types: feat, fix, docs, style, refactor, perf, test, chore, ci, build, revert. Ensures consistent commit history for changelog generation and semantic versioning.

Install with the Claude Code Templates CLI
$ npx claude-code-templates@latest --hook="git/conventional-commits" --yes

Requires Claude Code. The command adds this hook to your project's .claudedirectory — nothing runs on ToolZip's servers.
